Many of our grandparents knew the benefits of Molasses, and incorporated it in many baked goods. Sadly, many of these simple healthy foods get left behind because they simply dont get the press that commercial food products recieve.
Molasses is a great alternative for sugar in muffins and bread, on cereal and in coffee. It may be an acquired taste but one that is easy to adjust to when considering its benefit over sugar.
